Saw a Hummingbird for the first time this year. It was at the Columbine flowers in the Patio Bed. I immediately fixed a Hummingbird feeder and put it out, but I didn't see it again today. I was going to put the feeder out next week because I expect the hummingbirds to arrive around Mother's Day.

I saw the first butterflies of the year. One was reddish brown and medium sized. It was flying and I couldn't identify it. Later I made three sightings of a Cabbage White butterfly - could have been the same one or different ones. The first, unidentified butterfly, was a surprise, but I had been expecting the Cabbage Whites any time now.
